“A lot of our clients have a product that they were interested in giving some really steal deals on, and so we started doing these warehouse sales,” Wiseman said.

Shoes from Australian designer brands Emu and Ukala will be there. The skateboarding brand C1RCA also will have apparel available.

Other brands offered are Luv Footwear and Closet Candy, among many others.

“These are companies that you’ve seen in retail and now you’re going to get 50-75 percent off prices that you normally would,” Wiseman said.

The building is located on 29010 Commerce Center Drive at Witherspoon Pkwy. The entrance is at the rear of their warehouse building.

“All my staff and staff friends are excited to work it. Oddly, they usually spend more money themselves than they make on the weekend,” Wiseman said.
